The rollout, step by step

  1. Get your organization

    Choose Teams or Enterprise on the plan page, or create it on your own server. How to start.

  2. Turn on policies first

    Before inviting anyone: require two-step login, set master password requirements, single organization, and account recovery with automatic enrolment. Policies.

  3. Design collections and groups

  4. Import shared credentials

    Admin Console > Settings > Import puts existing logins straight into collections. Importing.

  5. Deploy the extension

  6. Invite team by team

When someone leaves

A short checklist for offboarding.

  • Revoke or remove the member in the Admin Console
  • Check the event log for the shared logins they used
  • Change the passwords of those logins, starting with the most sensitive
  • Hand over items they owned by moving them into a collection
