  1. Choose Families

    Create your account and choose Families on the plan page. Your family organization is ready as soon as PayFast confirms the payment.

  2. Invite your household

    Invite up to five more people by email. Each creates an account with a master password that only they know.

  3. Share what you choose

    Move the passwords you share into a household collection. Everything else stays private.

Frequently asked questions

Who can be in a Families plan?

Up to six people, including you. Each person needs their own KeyCare Pass account, which you invite by email from the Admin Console of your family organization.

Can the others see my passwords?

No. Everyone keeps a private vault that only they can open. Only the items you put in a shared collection are shared, and only with the people who have access to that collection.

How many shared collections can we have?

A Families plan has up to two shared collections, for example one for the whole household and one for the adults.

Do family members get Premium?

Yes. Everyone in the plan gets every Premium feature, including authenticator codes, file attachments, emergency access and vault health reports.
