Delete your account

KeyCare Pass is published by Dark Pools (Pty) Ltd. You can delete your account and its associated data without reinstalling the app.

Request deletion by email

Email [email protected] from the address registered to your KeyCare Pass account. Use the subject “KeyCare Pass account deletion” and say that you want your account and associated data deleted. Do not send your master password, recovery codes or vault contents. We verify ownership before processing the request. If you cannot access your registered email, contact the same support address for help.

Delete it yourself

In the Android app, open Settings, Account security, Delete account. In the web vault, open Account settings and choose Delete account. Follow the confirmation steps shown there.

Before you delete

Export anything you need first. Deletion removes your account, personal encrypted vault and personal attachments and cannot be undone. If you own an organization, transfer ownership or arrange its closure first; shared items owned by that organization are separate from your personal account. Cancel an active subscription in Settings, Subscription, or ask support to help stop renewal when requesting deletion.

Data retained

Billing records required by law and security records needed to prevent abuse may be retained separately. Retained backups are not used to reactivate a deleted account. Read the privacy policy or contact support for details about your request.
